Week beginning Monday, 27th January

We will be learning about Chinese New Year and how different families celebrate.  We will work as a class to create a dragon head for us to explore creating our own dragon dance.

In Maths we will learn about the numbers 6,7, and 8 and try to recognise them and explore the composition of these numbers using a tens frame.

In Phonics we will learn 'ure, er, oa, and ow' and the harder to read and spell works 'ball and tall'.

We will listen to Chinese music and consider how it makes us feel.
